This vintage wrap sweater from the Etsy shop had these fortunes hidden in the pockets. I wonder if they proved to be true for whoever owned this sweater 30+ years ago...

summer etsy update

Added some new clothing to the Etsy shop last week. I'll gradually be adding more until the shop is brimming with all kinds of vintage goodies for summer! Keep checking back, as I'll be doing small updates every few days.

year of the dragon

Happy New Year! After returning from a lovely, long winter vacation, my computer monitor decided to poop out on me, so I couldn't update until I purchased a new one. I recently got an iPhone 4S, so I was able to survive on that for a while, though it's not the best for traditional blogging. It is, however, wonderful for photo-taking. I've especially been loving Instagram (I know, I'm kind of late to the party on this). Here are a couple of Instagram photos, one taken over the holidays and one from today:

The Poketo Annual Holiday Sale and Renegade Craft Fair Holiday Sale are going on this weekend in Downtown LA. I'm looking forward to scoring some awesome gifts for my friends and family. Both events are free admission with lots of free goodies for shoppers, so come on down if you're in the area!
